Well, this summer is officially over for me.
I go to work tonight, work through Sat night,
will take a quick nap Sunday then move, and
classes start Monday!
I've been painfully reminded of this every
time I get on the internet where there is yet ANOTHER fb status
about "classes start one week from today"... and then
all of the emails from teachers about all the
things I need to do before classes start. Ugh.
But on the bright side, I get to see all of my friends again! :)
I am super excited to see them all again.
(I'll miss you missionary girls!)
(I'll miss you missionary girls!)
And two of the girls I'm gonna live with,
I don't know so it's gonna be a ton of fun to meet them!
This summer has just been full of work,
and it gets boring after so long.
It's just definitely time for a change.
Here was my summer to-do-list.
Yes...I make lists for just about everything.
And you can bet I've got a list started for Fall.

I got to check off most of these summer things, so I'm happy! :)
Here it is:
see the final chapter of Harry Potter
...end of my childhood. no biggie. (insert tear)
eat a piece of cheesecake
read the harry potter series
go to a zoo
pick huckleberries (at work and at home)
fall in love with a new song
family reunion
corn dog and strawberries in cream at the fair (yum :)
play the piano and not worry about what i have to do
read the book of mormon
kayak
hold a newborn baby (Emma and she is perfectly beautiful!)
play cards with grandma
swim in tincup
go to bear lake.
stop biting my finger nails. (going on 10 weeks, oh yeah!)
braid my hair...(cuz i can now! :)
make a pie.
start writing in my journal again.
watch a sunrise/sunset and appreciate the beauty in it. (many times this summer with work)
watch a 3-D movie.
visit my friends in logan. (so sad i couldn't see everyone, but still had a great time!)
tie a cherry stem into a knot. dumb, but hey! have you ever tried?
learn to make blog backgrounds.
The bolded things are things that didn't happen,
but I'm either working on it, or I will make
it happen before the end of the year!
So I hope everyone had a great Summer,
and for all of you headed back to school:
I feel your pain!
p.s: Seth's mission call comes this week!
We're all a little excited to say the least.
