Bear Lake!

We needed pig food, so the girls
and I slipped over to Bear Lake for a few hours.
It was so much fun!
We went the Friday of Pioneer Weekend,
so it was completely packed!

So, we parked in the parking area
and then walked east of the actual fenced off
area. Then we had a little wiggle room haha.

The water is so high!
It was a perfect day to swim,
and hopefully we can go again before
school starts again.

Quilt Tying Fun

Miss Emma Gray Bodily is FINALLY here!
Hooray! Check out her Mom's blog here:
She is absolutely perfect and beautiful!
It's been a lot of fun to hang out with
her family, and now we get to
know her too.  I helped Mom, Shelby, and
Grandma Petersen tie a quilt for her.
This is the material:

We tied it with yellow, pink and white yarn.
I don't have any pictures of the finished product,
but Mom does..hint hint Mom ;)
They thought they were SO funny,
in leaving the last tie for me.
I guess they somehow they think
that this'll insure I get married and have a baby
before Megan does even though she caught the bouquet
at Jake & Kara's wedding, lol.
When Mom does a post, I'll include a link:

I Smile

This is Roscoe!
He belongs to Shelby's friend Sierra.
He is a Labradoodle, as big as a
labrador but with curly poodle hair.

Roscoe LOVES his shadow.
It is a pretty hilarious sight when
you pull into their driveway at night
and he starts running around in front of the headlights.

Doesn't seeing him just make you happy? haha

Just a Quote

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal,
love leaves a memory no one can steal".
~From a headstone in Ireland

I loved this quote when I read it
and felt like I should share it.
This is a picture of Shoshone Falls,
from our trip back home from the reunion.
I hope to get a post about the reunion soon!
